1. About us
Peri Perints is a print-on-demand and custom apparel business operating from 
Pune, Maharashtra, India, through the website periperints.com.

2. Agreement
By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. 
If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date they 
are posted. Orders already confirmed are governed by the terms in effect when 
they were placed.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or 
guardian, to place an order.

4. How ordering works
Our website displays products, sizes, colours, and print options. Selecting 
items and sending them to us on WhatsApp constitutes an enquiry, not a 
completed order.

An order is confirmed only when:
(a) we have confirmed availability and final pricing with you,
(b) for custom work, you have approved the design mockup, and
(c) payment has been received.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

5. Pricing and payment
Prices shown on the website are indicative. Final pricing depends on product, 
print type, quantity, and design complexity, and will be confirmed with you 
before payment.

All prices are in Indian Rupees. Payment is collected through the payment link 
we share with you. We do not store your payment details.

6. Custom design work
For custom orders, you provide a design idea, reference image, or brief, and 
we produce a mockup for your approval.

Design work is provided free of charge and includes three rounds of revisions. 
Additional revisions may be chargeable, and we will tell you before any charge 
applies.

Approving a mockup confirms that you have checked spelling, placement, colours, 
sizing, and all other details. Once approved and paid, the order proceeds to 
production and cannot be altered.

7. Intellectual property in your designs

Your responsibility
By submitting a design, image, logo, text, or reference to us, you confirm that 
you own the rights to it or have permission to use it, and that it does not 
infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.

You agree to indemnify Peri Perints against any claim, loss, or legal cost 
arising from content you supply.

What we will not print
We reserve the right to decline any design at our sole discretion, including 
but not limited to designs that:
- infringe third-party copyright or trademarks, including brand logos and 
  licensed characters
- are obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or promote violence
- are defamatory or harassing toward any individual
- are unlawful under Indian law

If we decline a design after payment, we will refund you in full.

Ownership
You retain ownership of any original artwork you supply to us. Any design work 
we create for you remains our intellectual property unless we agree otherwise 
in writing, though you are free to use the finished product as you wish.

We may showcase work we have produced in our portfolio, on our website, and on 
social media. If you would prefer we did not, tell us and we will not.

8. Our website content
The Peri Perints name, logo, website design, and all designs in our own 
catalogue are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, resell, or 
use them commercially without written permission.

9. Product representation
We work to display products and colours accurately, but screens vary and small 
differences between images, mockups, and finished items are normal.

Acid-wash, tie-dye, and all-over-print products vary naturally from piece to 
piece. This is inherent to the process and is not a defect.

Mockups are visual representations, not exact reproductions.

10. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of 
these terms.

11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is 
limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of 
profit, business, or opportunity, or for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, 
or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

12. Third-party fulfilment
Production and delivery are handled by third-party printing and courier 
partners. We remain your point of contact throughout, but delivery timelines 
depend in part on these partners.

13. Communication
Much of our order process happens over WhatsApp. By messaging us, you consent 
to us communicating with you there regarding your order. We will not add you 
to marketing broadcasts without your consent.

14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the 
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
