SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
We currently ship across India. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

Custom designs: production begins only after you approve your mockup and 
complete payment. Once approved, dispatch takes 2 business days.

Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days depending 
on your location. Metro cities are usually faster; remote pincodes may take 
longer.

Total time from order confirmation to delivery is usually 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges
Free shipping on all orders.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be confirmed along with your order 
total before payment.

Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details with you on 
WhatsApp. You can also write to us at hello@periperints.com for an update 
at any time.

Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to 
courier issues, weather, public holidays, festive season volumes, or 
circumstances outside our control. We will keep you informed on WhatsApp if 
your order is running behind schedule.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. We 
are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by 
the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or 
repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping will incur an additional 
shipping charge.

Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the package before opening 
it and message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with 
the courier to resolve it.

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship your order at no 
cost to you.
