RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Custom and personalised items
Every custom piece is made specifically for you and cannot be resold. For 
this reason, custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once 
production has begun.

Because of this, we send you a mockup before anything is printed. Please 
review it carefully — check spelling, placement, colours, and size before 
approving. Once you approve the mockup and payment is complete, the order 
moves into production and cannot be changed or cancelled.

If you spot a mistake in the mockup, tell us before you approve. Revisions 
at that stage are free.

Defects and our mistakes
This applies to all orders, including custom pieces.

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, a printing error, or is 
different from the design you approved, we will replace it free of charge 
or issue a full refund — your choice.

Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs 
showing the issue. We will not ask you to return a defective item at your 
own cost.

Size and fit
Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. Sizes are 
listed in inches and measured flat.

Custom pieces cannot be exchanged for a different size, so if you are unsure, 
message us before ordering — we are happy to help you pick.

A note on colour
Screens display colour differently. Small variation between what you see on 
your device and the finished garment is normal and is not considered a 
defect. Acid-wash, tie-dye, and all-over-print items vary slightly piece to 
piece by nature of how they are made — this is a feature of the process, not 
a fault.
